This Site is a general-information website. It describes our bookkeeping services and provides contact information for our business. No financial data, client records, or sensitive account information is collected through this Site, and no client portal or transaction processing occurs here.

If you are a Florida resident, Fluent Bookkeeping complies with the Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.171 (“FIPA”), and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq. (“FDUTPA”). In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you as required by FIPA.
